Lab stimuli for organizational questions

Marlo will give a masterclass on how experimental designs in organization science may differ from psych or econ experiments and how they can allow us to study rich (organizational) processes. As organizational scholars are usually interested in macro outcomes, overserving rich processes is often key in answering important research questions. But how can such experiments be designed and the data be analyzed, without compromising the key advantages of an experiment?! And are larger sample sizes needed to study such processes?
