The Experimental Organization Science Masterclass series will be held once a month (typically Tuesday afternoon UTC).

Goal. EOS Masterclasses aim to showcase the frontier of experimental research on organizational level outcomes. Session format varies. We cover best practices in setting up, running, analyzing, writing and publishing organizational experiments. At the same time, we aim to build a forum for scholars working on experiments.

Set-up. Monthly Zoom sessions, preceded by some preparation tasks. Any organizational scholar with an interest in experiments is welcome. We hope that participants join on a regular basis. Besides hands-on exercises, participants have the opportunity to interact with experts in the field. The idea is to provide methodological resources as well as a sounding board for ideas among like-minded scientists. There is an informal slack channel and a PhD brown-bag facility too.

Sign up. Scholars interested in a sustained engagement with the EOS Masterclass series should fill out the signup form. Application is possible any time. To join a session, register by end of the preceding month. Speakers may want to reach out to participants in advance of their session.

Contact. Please feel free to contact the organizing team. We look forward to working with you!
